Tickets on the spike
Every open ticket the shop is holding: what it lent, what it is holding, and how long the borrower has left to come back for it.
Nothing on the spike.
The unclaimed shelf
Items nobody came back for. The shop sells them, keeps what it lent, and half of whatever is left over buys $PAWN and burns it.
Nothing has been left behind yet.

Cash in the drawer

What the shop can lend right now. It is filled by the creator fee of $PAWN and by the interest on every ticket; a tenth of it never leaves the drawer.

House rules
- Hand over any token on this chain that has a place to be sold: a Uniswap pool or a live pons curve with at least one ETH of depth, and at least a day of trading behind it. Depth means what that place is actually holding, not what it claims.
- One wei of what you hand over is sent to that place and has to arrive. Tokens here hook their own transfers and some of them refuse to move into their own pool; a shop that found that out on the day of a sale would be holding something it could never sell. The wei is spent, and the ticket is written for the rest.
- The shop prices it in the next block, never in the block you handed it over, and lends you half of what that place would pay for it.
- Five per cent of the loan is the interest and it comes off the top, so you leave with ninety-five per cent of it in ETH.
- You have seven days. Pay the loan back and your token comes straight back over the counter.
- Miss the date and anyone may sell it for the shop. What it lent comes home first; half of anything left over buys $PAWN and burns it, forty per cent stays in the drawer, ten per cent pays the dev.
- If it falls below a hundred and twenty per cent of the loan before the date, anyone may sell it early. Then the leftover is yours, not the shop's.
- One ticket may never be more than five per cent of the drawer, one token never more than ten, and you may hold three tickets at a time.
- Nobody owns a switch here. The shop cannot move your collateral except to give it back, to sell a forfeit, or to burn what it bought.
